There is a slack, and it was used until Rocket Chat was implemented. Slack just costs too much per user, and the potential 20k+ of users make slack simply unrealistic as like half of the DSA's budget would have to be allocated for slack user fees.

i was in a healthcare rally recently. I was gonna be a march originally but we had a bunch of capital O Old people show up and the sidewalks were super icy so we decided to rally instead

we had more people than degrees of temperature in a deep red state during a cold day of winter so I call that a good event

The IWW GDC took care of attorneys, go them. Just packing the courtrooms with sympathetic faces and waiting outside the courthouse when they were/are released type stuff with pizza and beer is something that would go a long way I think.
