I think it's okay to be upset, but I also don't think there's any harm in just pretending this season means nothing and hoping for a better outcome next year. I basically took the sports blackpill after the 2011 World Series and it's the best thing that ever happened to me.

That's the problem it's hard to pretend a season where you're stocked with more talent than ever and yet farther than ever from any of your goals doesn't matter because it suggests there is a deep, deep rot in the program I guess we're gonna find out and believe me if Jimbo turns it around next year or the year after I won't argue when you tell me you were right but I'm not gonna have that issue I don't think also I've consciously attempted to divorce my emotions from sports on multiple occasions and I can't. Which means I should stop watching at all but I haven't been able to pull that trigger yet

I just don’t think Jimbo can build a winning culture. You look at guys who have and it just seems like Jimbo isn’t there. You get all these dudes and if you can’t get everyone playing for the team and not for themselves and minimizing distractions, it isn’t going to matter how many five stars you have.

Texas’s offense disappeared last night and Ewers looked straight bad. This game is just another point to why Sark isn’t the future of Texas and is keeping the seat warm for the next coach. Kudos to the defense for an all around solid game excepting like, 2 busted plays. Haven’t seen that good of a game in some time.

I am once again a happy train appreciator. The home season finishes up against Northwestern this weekend. I was doing a little research and found that Northwestern is ranked #25 in a poll about teams with purple as a primary color so I predict Purdue will win 23-21 on a blocked PAT returned for a safety. EDIT: by a defensive lineman.

So far at least one of the victims is also a player, as confirmed by his dad on Twitter. I don't know yet whether the others are football players. The victims names' haven't been released yet, but I'm wondering if this is an attack by a former football player on a group of current ones. I wonder if they'll cancel the next game or even the VT game after Thanksgiving.
