I guess my taste buds must work differently. My whole family is nuts for pickles and olives as an any time snack. I have a cousin who'd clear out the entire shelf dedicated to pickled goods in my grandmother's larder whenever we'd visit, and it'd piss her off to no end, I assume because she was planning on eating those five jars of olives and ten jars of pickles in a single sitting.

We always had pickles and onions and such in little fingerbowls with lunch. The best thing in the fridge was giant olives stuffed with garlic, those probably didn't last 2 days.

I never thought of keeping the pickle juice to pickle other things with and I feel like a big dumb. I usually take a sip or two of it then pour it down the drain, lost like tears in the rain

When I drank I kept it for picklebacks. They're so delicious you do 3 or 4 of them in like 10 mins and then remember its booze and put the jar away.

I'm going to be buying a jar of pickles on my Monday shop now. I used to work at a sandwich place and we went through pickles by the bucket, kinda got sick of them since then but its time

I've never bought frozen berries, but I can imagine they're great on a hot day when I think about it. Might grab some frozen blackberries next time I'm at the store
