Yikes. the Caps/Nats woes are even worse when you look at how often they've finished in 1st in the regular season. it's a never ending nightmare and i hope that some day they get over it because that is true torture. if your team just sucks all the time you can get used to it. getting close and failing is worse. except the skins. they can go 0-16 forever
