Or perhaps it's that Hunter x Hunter is back and Mangastream have said they will always prioritise it above all else because they like it most. HxH is incredibly wordy so it probably takes a lot of their effort up for the day/week and the rest suffers for it.

Also they make questionable translations at the best of times. It's a really good point that their number of words per week just increased by like 300% for a few weeks though.

An interesting fact from the obstacle course race is that Present Mic describes Kirishima's ability as both the ultimate spear and shield (Crunchyroll). In the manga it's translated as offense and defense but same principal. Cool considering the recent chapters.
