 https://www.twitch.tv/jpg_live Last Time: -In my downtime, I did some duels and experimented with fire resistance. -Used newfound fire resistance techniques to handle dumb stupid platforming across burning rocks. -Found the other Belfry. Rang the bell. Have no idea what the bells are for. -Continued through Iron Keep, walking across huge pools of molten lava and powering through fire traps. -Huge nasty Balrog totally wrecked me poo poo a couple times, but I eventually managed to beat him -Second Primal Bonfire lit. -Paid a ladder man to put a ladder down a garbage pit back at home base. -Explored a different path in Iron Keep to find more goodies, enemies, and death. -Went past the Primal Bonfire to a small room that teleported me to another small room. I'm confused. All done! Thanks for hanging out! -Small room was an area I needed a key for and didn't have yet. -Went back to Lost Bastille to de-petrify a guy blocking a bonfire. He sells magic and will give me unique weapons for boss souls. -Went to explore the hole in Majula. The ladder bypassed lots of items, so I went jumping around and dying a lot to get them all. -Discovered Grave of Saints down the hole, and The Gutter further down the hole. Gutter appears to be Blight Town 2.0. Not a fan. -Remembered I had an unused key, and decided to investigate. Remembered a locked door very early on in the game. Key fits! -Found a nest of toughass salamanders. Got a few items, including another key. -New key was for the small room area (apparently DLC). Went back there to explore. -Land of ash. Got weird twisted fire things to stab to collect soul fragments. -Big scary undead warriors come out of the ashes. Hit hard, but get hit just as hard. -Little goblins carrying explosive barrels, giant fire monsters, ghosts with fire swords, lightning wizards. Chapter 7 in Baldur's Gate: time to leave the Sword Coast to its fate and Sarevok's tender mercies after serving a prison sentence for multiple counts of 1st degree murder in real time, as Gritty the Killer fucks off to do Werewolf Island and Durlag's Tower for like 3-4 ingame months.
