I really like the Quarantine Strut mission but then again it might just be because it is one of five playable story sequences in the entire game and one of the others is the jeep ride.

I do think the quarantine strut mission is one of the better missions in the game and it goes to show that MGS5 has a whole lot of potential it could have lived up to and then just like didn't for some reason.
