it finally seems as if my knee issues have gone away and I can squat again. I still haven't even gotten around to doing a proper mobility/stretching routine, I just do couch stretch + a couple of hamstring stretches and foam rolling, but seems to have made a huge difference anyway. Also may have been these lovely Nikes with a huge squishy sole, I've been squatting in socks and that helps a lot as well even though it's a bit harder to hit depth that way.

I only squat in socks myself, it was kinda weird to hit depth at first, but now its rear end to the grass.

After I lift I immediately usually do cardio, about 15-25 min of running or stairs (pulsating from sprint to jog). Is this bad for my gains? I need more stamina points.

well i mean it depends generally speaking if you are building muscle you want to be on a caloric surplus so doing a ton of cardio will work against that. But it's not like 15min of cardio is going to burn a lot of calories anyway so it's no big deal. As long as you eat a lot you can do plenty cardio and still build some muscless
