Ah gotcha, that's my bad, I missed that he was responding to someone specifically. Personally, I'm not into those kinds of jokes because I'm friends with sex workers. It's the least egregious part of that film, but it is justified to bring up as both a crappy and lazy joke. That clip, however, is just really bad, the timing sucks and I don't think McConaughey is that funny. Oh haha, he thought he was switching agents but actually, he's being attacked. Hoo hoo, hah hah. Hm. Ben Stiller pooping the eyeball in his mouth is the best part and it's not enough to sustain the joke. I got a mug back from when the IT Crowd was on the air and Channel 4 sold the crappiest merch imaginable. We're talking, poo poo from redbubble quality. After 15 years of washes, the image is nearly gone. I've thought about throwing it out, bc gently caress Graham Lineham, but seeing it slowly fade into nothing is more satisfying.

Gran Torino is an anti racist tale told by a 90 year old white guy who is clearly sort of racist himself. It's not a bad movie, but a lot of the depictions of minorities are pretty eye rolling. It's definitely got some "we like you if you are one of the good ones" undertones going on.
