Well, officially I would much rather the movie of the making of Geostorm than the actual movie of Geostorm. It's starting to sound more and more like an illegal scam or tax evasion scheme, only to turn into a legitimate tentpole film in a The Producers like turn.

It's Dean Devlin, best known as the producer of a number of Emmerich's films, making his directorial debut.
