Apparently event horizon always spawns in with 11 if you have Sniper and special. Casket mag has no effect in pvp though it may effect how much ammo I can hold total. There are several high impact snipers that will spawn in with 12 like devils dawn, stare, ldr, black spindle. But really higher impact snipers should always spawn in with less ammo than low impact. Anyway I enjoyed testing it out and will main it for now due to the scope and hh. It has very low stability but given the fire rate that's kind of irrelevant.

Clever Dragon is definitely good, but I guess I haven't gotten a great roll yet. If I could get one that had the stability of my HSP that'd be ideal. My HSP has full stability and glass half full. So I purposely clear half my clip almost all the time, 3 shot burst their down no matter where I hit them, no matter how far away. It's incredibly fun to take down snipers from across the map with it.

So another say nothing update today until next week when they are forced to at least acknowledge something solid when the Activision call reveals that Destiny 2 is pushed back to Q1 2018, right?

Best we can hope for is a date for the balance update briefing stream IMO. If they still intend to hit "mid-February" for the patch they have 1 or 2 more weeks left.

They'll probably announce a sandbox stream like they usually do and the big announcements will be at the financials where they announced roi and ttk etc. It'll be more fluff about bungo bounty, stay tuned for more etc.
