Infinite hammer suit + Moon Walk was the best poo poo Moon Walk just let you jump infinitely from wherever and it ruled.

Walk through walls code to break Chrono Trigger was fun as hell but the code worked so well that you couldn't even enter doors so you had to turn the little switch on and off constantly lol

Mazes are fun, and I haven’t had to make my own map for a game since Ultima Underworld, which is always a neat experience when it happens, and when you’re done you get a unique artifact filled with memories! And comparing maps with friends is amazing, because they might’ve found secret passages or items that you missed, and you can commiserate about that time you both got stuck in Brinstar’s upper right corner for literally no reason!! drat you, Brinstar’s upper right corner!!!

The best moon jump cheat code was the Mega Man 3 one that just involved holding left on the second controller or whatever. If you fell in a pit and super jumped out just at the right time, your life meter would be totally drained, so getting hit did nothing, but you couldn't fire the normal mega buster pellets anymore.

I used to do this and then switch to Rush Coil so I would have lemons again. Unfortunately there were no holes whatsoever in Wily's castle.

I like that the reason you cant fire the megabuster anymore is because your lifebar is coded to act as the megabuster's weapon energy

I recently starting going through the LTTP/Super Metroid randomizer, and speaking as someone who has never played Super Metroid, learning how to navigate this blind has been really cool. I found some rupees instead of the morph ball and that was when I knew that I was going to be doing what I did when I was a kid; wandering aimlessly while I give my brain to think about where to go next
