It has a lower optimal kill time than an Uriel's but a very forgiving all body shot kill. With 720 rpm HCR it supposedly fucks people up. I've never been shot by one so I wouldn't know.

Note that this doesn't mean it has infinite range, you can't snipe with the thing, just that there's no falloff for what range it does have (to allow for sick ricochet kill montages)

I'm not a fan of the way hardlight looks all scuffed in D2 and you can't apply a shader to counteract it. The ornament makes it look smooth but it's a but too shiny. Oh well. Also I sometimes do work with the Sega studio Hardlight and I can't not think about Destiny every time I go over there.
