I just think it's funny that, of all the confusingly infinite varieties of chorizo out there, it seems like Trader Joe's is trying to mimic the bottom-of-the-barrel Cacique brand salivary-glands-and-lymph-nodes goo style chorizo.

So green chorizo is a thing; It is an excellent sausage but man it looks awful and makes any food you put in it look like baby poop. I made like three pounds of it once and while delicious, I am never going to leave it loose again, in thin casings I think it would be a lot more appealing looking. bongwizzard has a new favorite as of 20:44 on Aug 19, 2017 |
