ive been considering getting a collection of tapes to use in my old car with a tape deck tbh. right now i have a cassette to bluetooth thing but it needs charging and is thusly always dead so i never play music in it

my only worry with getting back into cassettes is them degrading over time or having to rewind them with a pencil when the tape gets too loose

i remember the tapes that you couldn’t record over because they had an extra hole on top but if you just put a piece of masking tape over the hole you could record over it
