that diagram shows up if you google "dopamine" so I'm guessing that whoever made the meme did exactly that and didn't notice that it didn't have the amino and hydroxyl groups that are on literally every other illustration of a dopamine molecule

you can't just replace those with a little circle, that's not how skeletal formulae work
