A random ex-Nazi living in a cave created robots more powerful than most of the aforementioned divine bureaucracy. A super-wealthy capitalist motivated at turns by boredom or vanity is arguably more powerful than God Almighty for she and she alone in all the myriad dimensions possesses the power to create entire multiverses and with it create God Almighty.

The only characters shown with simple cartoony faces are tremendously powerful: Saitama's bored face, Tatsumaki's brat face, Watchdog Man's bored face as he dispatches Garou(sp), and now Fubuki's gleeful revenge face.
