Started playing Returnal. I haven't played a rougelike in a while and I'm terrible at them, but this one I like. I've died like 50 times and I just got to the 2nd biome. |

Those big slow swipes hit for so much health and I get hit with like five of them. I only got through because of using a bunch of items that drop beam turrets and just enough healing to survive. |

I'd say I probably spent the most time trying to get through the 2nd area. The nice thing is after you get through it the area becomes optional. They do that again later in the game too so when you get past a tough bit you don't have to redo it every time. |

i just finished a dark souls 1 replay and found it a bit too easy ( ) so its nice to get my rear end kicked a little by the balls and chains guy

DS is made out to be harder than it actually is. I played Nioh 2, and it was nice and all, but didn't really leave a lasting impression. The multiplayer was pretty fun. And the weird ball cats. I like the weird ball cats. No experience with Nioh 1. |

not quite so convinced by the console pillars 2 port pillars 1 was great but there is a lot of jank on 2, and the ability bar is very unwieldy my character was absolutely insistent on going and exploring an underwater passage instead of disarming the trap i was trying to target |

I did reserve ningauble, very classic wizard name but it’s just a nerdy literary reference so ehhhhh. I tried checking out some Jack Vance wizard names but they are all too complicated/long (much like my dick!!!!!!!) splendorf is real good tbh as is James bideo I also enjoy the clever Dali name but it’s probably too long rip |

fair warning, the steam version of chrono trigger manages to be sightly worse than the original. translations all messed up (im looking at you frog) and there are some game breaking bugs. also the game is like almost a gig, wth lol also theres anime |
