That's a rather misleading chart. Total crimes may be accurate, but that's not a per capita measure (and in any case there are many factors that can affect a "total crimes" measure). I'm not sure where they got their rape statistics from (it's definitely not per capita, whatever statistics they're looking at), but in any case reporting, different definitions of rape, and other factors make it a meaningless measure. CO2 emissions may have been accurate at one time, but China wins now. Divorce rate is accurate, but I'm not sure how much to view it as a negative--pressures to remain married are not necessarily positive. Teen birth rate is accurate, but only among developed countries. Heart attacks may be accurate by total (I don't really know--they don't cite any of their statistics), but not per capita--many other countries are higher on a per capita basis. McDonald's may be accurate, but it's a bit of a throw-away. Plastic surgeries may be accurate, but only as a total measure--per capita South Korea wins. Prisoners is accurate, unfortunately, although there are some serious questions about the accuracy of China's official crime and imprisonment statistics.
