We moved back home to Wisconsin and most of these dumbass butchers never even heard of it. I finally got a hold of someone in Lake Geneva who had them but they are about an hour drive away. Last week I randomly asked a butcher at a grocery store here if they get tri-tip. He said usually no but he can get them for me if I wanted. I was so happy. So I'm going to have to get me one of those really soon. Such a great cut of meat and it's unheard of out here.

Tonight Im drinking cheap beers, and tomorrow Im working, which is pretty good news. Money has been a little tight and one of my coworkers just got fired so apparently I have something close to a livable number of hours now, plus I did a gig the other week that wants me back at some point. Looking forward to catching up on some bills and then hopefully socking something away for a trip to Mexico City some time next year. Not the most exciting weekend but Im very happy with it

Grocery shopping and clothing shopping in terms of errands For fun I'm gonna swim for a little while, do some volunteer dog training at the shelter, see a movie, cook pork stew on saturday and waffles on sunday. Also probably hit up Chipotle at some point.
