Didn't they announce that some months back , that whatever ships were produced with the old pipeline would be considered collector ships. But if you want the NEWEST version you have to buy it again when they remake it with the improved pipeline

Think TheAgent mentioned in a post a while back that they were working on the "New Model Year" versions for a lot of the Tier 1/2/3 ships. Really shouldn't come as a surprise at this point that they'd sell updated versions of ships for a game that is still AWOL.

Update your case on the BBB site stating that you are not satisfied and why. Be as clear with the details as possible. Write back to CIG stating that you want a complete refund and that you consider [whatever the balance is] outstanding. What country are you in? It's time to look to your local consumer protection bureau, too. If you're in the type of place where local elected officials can make a helpful fuss, it never hurts to write your rep a letter, too. Personally, I'm all for bringing out the big guns. You're not in the wrong; CIG/its related entities are.

I am in Norway, updated the BBB site. Next step is ECC I think starting to go into rage mode, I think I'll go after them until it is resolved.

Way, way back--you had Original Backer and Veteran Backers. The end October 2013 I think was the end of "LTI" sales. Before that time, if you wanted to buy a game package/ship with LTI--you needed to have an Original Backer buy the item (because only Original backers got LTI) and then gift you the items. Some OB's did the transaction for free, but the clever guys on Reddit setup a little referral system and tacked $20 or so on each LTI transaction. LTI came to and end, limits were placed on gifting, and then the grey market took off for a bit.

I do like how LTI came back due to backer demand. Not that backers asked. Nope, much more supply and demand. With no LTI, CIG figured out quick they weren't going to be having huge ship sales anymore...

The only way to burst the bubble of sandi's inevitable "crying on stage for sympathy, oh look we got you flowers and a gold medal with "don't cry sandi embossed on it isn't that weird?" moment is to relentlessly post all the pics of when it happened the first time and how she's going to announce she's leaving/the game is never coming out/ it was all lowtax's fault/ she's divorcing chris/ and she's having a small break in Hawaii in her mansion made out of orphan tears and gold.

Then stick in the backers faces until they finally get it (they won't).
