Suing a "twitch streamer" over false advertising over here might work after the judge looked up "twitch" and "streamer" in a dictionary, but good luck convincing anyone to go after a sad-nerd nobody when the person in question is a US citizen. That would be far too complicated and expensive to be worth it. So they basically are good to go and tell all the lies they want.
