Putting aside Trump's razor-sharp wit, I love the idea that a corporate slogan is "fraud." quote:McDonalds' slogan is I'M LOVIN' IT. Everyone knows this is not true, that this could, in fact, be a fraud on the American Public. There are many restaurants I love far more than McDonald's. Their slogan should be MCDONALD'S I'M NOT LOVIN' IT! (Although maybe that's a bad choice because, if I understand correctly, Trump does love him some Mickey D's.)

It is nearly impossible to prove defamation or libel when it comes to political speech.

Until the 20th century the congress was the dominant branch (with the exception of Lincoln's administration).
