Putting aside Trump's razor-sharp wit, I love the idea that a corporate slogan is "fraud."

quote:

McDonalds' slogan is I'M LOVIN' IT. Everyone knows this is not true, that this could, in fact, be a fraud on the American Public. There are many restaurants I love far more than McDonald's. Their slogan should be MCDONALD'S I'M NOT LOVIN' IT!

(Although maybe that's a bad choice because, if I understand correctly, Trump does love him some Mickey D's.)

An alright dude.
I actually think that the presidential is like congressmen on the floor of the house and cannot be sued for any type of speech they make

Like Senators and Representative while speaking in their respective houses can just say whatever crazy poo poo they want and there's nothing that can be done

Probably not because your dumb country basically made the president above most laws. It's like you learned nothing from the pitfalls of a monarchy. Hey if we limit their dangerous power to merely 4 years what's the worst that could happen?

Has more to do with the First Amendment than Soverign Immunity.

It is nearly impossible to prove defamation or libel when it comes to political speech.

The founders didn't expect the President to have anywhere near as much power as they do today. Until the 20th century the congress was the dominant branch (with the exception of Lincoln's administration).
