No, there are just some dim people online who seem to get a sexual thrill out of claiming Valeera and Hammer are bad/easily counterable despite any evidence to the contrary. Like hammer, she was a real pick.

Valeera with Abathur has been played like 3 or 4 times recently in pro games, seems like mostly on Sky Temple and used to try to pick off rotations and assassins not with the healer or tank I was surprised to see Yrel a decent amount this weekend considering it is the release version Yrel, will probably see a lot more of her next week when it shifts to live patch with her E build

I certainly am. Q-ing every wave and using trait on cooldown isn't impressive gameplay. Right now the unfun part of azmodan is borne by your team (effectively 4v5 all game) and the enemy team (clearing waves all game). I think split pushing will always exist and should be an option but it should be punishable/require exposure to risk by the person doing it (like dehaka). Every hero participates in macro, azmodan just does it in an unpunishable way.

What's with all the Cassia buffs lately? She's seemed fine to me for a long time, especially her damage, pick and win rate seem fine for her role, but they've buffed her the last 3 patches.

The devs seem to be buffing all of the traditional AA dps post-Fenix release (first Lunara, then Cassia, Jimmy) to bring them up closer to his level. I'm not sure what the plan is but maybe they were all weak idk. For what it's worth her health increase was theoretically compensation for her trait nerf and this feels more like QoL (like the chromie micro-nerf) No Wave fucked around with this message at 19:00 on Jul 2, 2018 |

I think the change this patch was just so she could break stealth and mounts with blinding light since that's a pretty tiny amount of damage.

I just tested braxis in a custom match. 100% waves are the same but a 0% wave is now 19,130 health which translates to an ultralisk, a guardian, two hydralisks, and some zerglings and banelings. The point turns yellow the instant you step onto it, no delay.
