Tonight at 9 PM: Last time on Ye Olde Raw: The strangest match with the NOD vs Bart Gunn, Flash Funk, and Goldust. Highlight of the match was Farooq standing over Flash Funk yelling "Dis is a black redneck!" Meanwhile a strange giant lady in the crowd attacks Marlena! Furnas and LaFon put on a great match against Bulldog and Owen. Even Bulldog got his workrate on! Bulldog is pissed as gently caress at Owen for cheating to get DQ'd after he hits one of them with his Slammy award. Looks like a face/heel tag team? Final Four rules match for the WWF Championship. That is, battle royal rules with pinfalls and submissions. Bret Hart wins over Steve Austin, Undertaker, and Vader. Vader got a double crimson mask which was sick and awesome, eventually had to remove his mask because he couldn't see to fight. On Raw, the next day: Sid is scheduled for a match vs Bret for the WWF Championship. Steve runs in before the bell rings, and accidentally injures Sid. It's ok though, later on in the show Gorilla Monsoon promises there WILL be a WWF Championship match! Owen has a singles match against Flash Funk, Bulldog comes in and helps Owen cheat to win. The mystery giant woman appears again, and once again attacks Marlena during a Goldust vs HHH segment, shaking her around like a rag doll. HTM does guest commentary. PAUL E DANGEROUSLY, PAUL HEYMAN calls in and challenges Jerry Lawler to have a match with one of his guys in ECW next week at the Manhattan Center, after Lawler went on forever and ever about how no one's ever heard of ECW and no one cares. Finally, Sid vs Bret. Once again, Steve Austin runs in and hits Bret with a chair while he's got the sharpshooter on Sid. Sid pins Bret after a powerbomb, and Sid is our NEW WWF CHAMPION! *DONG* *DONG* *DONG* The Undertaker comes out, and stares down Sid! We're on the road to Wrestlemania 13! Just RAW tonight, no PPVs. The top two matches on this card were AMAZING. Definitely worth watching. And Big R Shimizu is going to be a stud in a few years time. Dragon Gate's producing the best young talent in the world. EDIT: Also the main event preview video might be the best piece of storytelling I've seen in a while. You don't really need a translation for it, it's that transcendent.
