I want to take this opportunity to again say that I want Hideki Kamiya and everyone at Platinum to develop a JoJo action game and release it on PC because I would probably pay full price for it and buy all of the DLC because JoJo is good

What's the cheapest GPU I can get for an In-Home Streaming player that will decode 1080p on beautiful? I just ran a 100ft of cat5 to a i5/r9 gaming pc in my room so I can stream to this lovely win8 HTPC in my living room (1.8ghz core2duo/4gb/7800gt 256mb). Problem is, I can't get acceptable FPS on anything above 720p/balanced. The HTPC reverts to software decoding even though it's enabled.
