Hey guys guys, you know how Bobo is from Planet of the Apes (kinda) and there's this episode I just watched where pods make body doubles of the entire cast and try to take over the world (like Invasion of the Body Snatchers) so which movie are the Observer Brain Guys from? They ARE based on a movie, right? I kinda feel like I've seen them before somewhere, but cannot recall.

I thought brain guy / observer was supposed to be one of the guys from "Beneath the Planet of the Apes".

Well it's a spoof of the Ink Spots whose "I Just Want to Set the World on Fire" was used as the theme to Fallout 3 (and I'm sure they were used for the earlier games too) so you're right on the money with that one.

Just watched the Rifftrax for Titanic. That was a really funny track, but the best laugh from me was near the start of the movie.

I think they do that simply because they wanted a crooning song and Mike doesn't really have the right voice for it.

I'd rather pay the $1.99 for a double-length short versus $.99 each for a two-parter (it's worth the extra penny).

There is a few movies I own that I liked, but haven't got the Rifftrax for. Are they worth purchasing. They are Alien, Casino Royale, Iron Man, Star Trek, Dark Knight, and Pirates of the Caribean.

Also, I could swore they made a Watchman Rifftrax, but there is no trace of it on their site.

Iron Man falls a little flat simply because it ALREADY takes the piss out of itself, but it's still decent, the rest are pretty great all round. Can't remember the Star Trek one well though.

They didn't do a Watchmen one.

I agree with the above though, Iron Man falls a bit flat, the rest are good. Star Trek is actually really solid but come to think of it, Pirates doesn't take itself seriously either so isn't the best. But Dark Knight and Alien especially take themselves so drat seriously the riffs are great.

Those are all very good riffs, except for POTC, which in my opinion is just OK. Star Trek is absolutely amazing, I would recommend getting that one first.
