Accurate, but a quick translation for those still in question:

Jason Todd was the second Robin, who believed his mom died when he was a kid
The blonde in the pictures is his mom, found to be living, but used by the Joker as bait
Was killed by the Joker with a little help from the comic reading public with a combo of a crowbar and a bomb
Came back from the dead either due to really stupid comic book stuff or just kind of stupid comic book stuff depending on what you prefer
When he came back from the dead, he wanted revenge against Batman and Joker, so he came back as the villain Red Hood
Now he's more or less a good guy, but he's a Robin that uses guns
