yeah the SDA forums are pretty good for a laugh from time to time. there was a game I don't recall right now who's thread I read where there were pages and pages of people talking strats and posting times. A little rivalry formed between people taking "world record" then finally on page like 14 someone posted a link to the Japanese runs that existed before the thread was made and were better than the best western one.

my favorite speedrun trick's in i think jedi knight. the dev's didnt give diagonal movement its own speed so if you're going diagonally the game treats you as going sideways and going forward at the same time so you go twice as fast lol
