The Running Man is an excellent novel and really holds up well. So, is her argument that underperforming schools are underperforming because the students are all stupid, therefore no amount of money we give them will improve results? Because of that, we should reduce spending on those "lost causes" and direct money to schools that are excelling because those kids need our support to get even better grades? Am I reading into this right? Is there a person on this GREEN EARTH who think's that a reasonable and good opinion to hold in TYOOL 2018?
