The pure wordless bands tend to be more discordant and meandering with their songs imo. if you want something that's literally verse - chorus- verse - chorus but without singing then just look for regular instrumental versions I guess. There's always Doom

Metal has such a broad variety of vocals, what exactly do you not like? Screaming, shouting, growling, falsetto, ...?

Or just singing in general? There are instrumental bands out there. And major bands with singers also often have good instrumentals mixed in.
