Rex-Goliath posted:'i should have done more back then because being in trouble is a fake concept' -me, in my best stoned roast beef voice truth. when i first started kindergarten i got detention on the first library day because the teacher told us to pick a picture book and i got a chapter book instead (id already read like lord of the rings and poo poo by that point and i didn't want to gently caress with no clifford). she decided i was a behavior problem right then in there. naturally i got bored in class pretty easily and came up with ways to entertain myself and this was perceived as bad behavior rather than lack of engagement. like one time i decided to test why we weren't supposed to write on chalkboards with crayons by, ya know, doing that. i thought it would explode or something because she was so serious about how we should never do it and we didn't need to know why. i was disappointed that it was just hard to erase. her solution to my "bad behavior" was to give me a sticker book and put a sticker in it every time i was bad, then i had to show it to my parents every night. which just kinda motivated me to acquire more stickers. this lady really didn't fuckin' understand kids at all in retrospect.

i normally am exasperated with people posting music in the pics thread but this is an extremely pro song so you get a pass. at the recommendation of a scottish girl, i sought out a store that sold nothing but sundries imported from scotland and bought a bottle of irn-bru. it wasn't very good. i would do anything for that accent though
