You can't adapt Gregory Maguire's novel Wicked but you can go nuts adapting The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, which is public domain. ALW's Wizard of Oz is based on the movie, so it did require rights, but it still ran fine post-Wicked.

Their use of AGP to refer to trans people was all I really needed to know that it wasn't nearly as "ironic" as they wanted people to think. Using a homophobic, transphobic theory that is disdained by most of the trans community, but isn't as well known outside those circles and psychology circles is the most dogwhistle thing I can think of off-hand.

While I appreciate all the going’s on lately, i noticed that several time mods mentioned that due to mod and admin work schedules and real life obligations things took time. Would it not be a good idea to remove them and instead use people without things that might get in the way of the site?
