Bush expressed similar sentiments with regards to al-Qeada after 9/11, but I don't recall anyone calling him a terrorist-coddler. It's almost like both he and Obama didn't want to pointlessly antagonize Muslim moderates in the region and encourage anti-Muslim pogroms here in the States.
