lol Pennsylvania road crews will take 6 years to repair it. they've been resurfacing 95 and doing some draining work since early 2021 and have moved about ten miles in that time. also in moderate rain the drainage doesn't loving work so they've had to backtrack. DE did the same length of 495 and 95 in about four months
