I think it's reasonable to say/look at JP and say, "hey, they got this, why can't we?" It can be argued that it all works out in NA's favor because of the aforementioned other bonuses, but it's not like DW/Aniplex is going to be transparent about that decision and explain why that's the case, and that can be frustrating. But it's important to keep everything in perspective. Things can always be better, but there was a very real chance it could've been a whole lot worse.

At the end of the day it's a literal billion dollar game and you should try to wring absolutely every single reward you possibly can out of the folks that run it. Thus, always complain. The catch is to not be a shithead about it, particularly toward the NA team that isn't invested in and isn't making calls.

Apparently according to this, even while JP have 4 sq roll, NA was still only on par with JP despite having 3sq. So server is as good as 3/4 of JP in terms of quartz. Though those who started from Day 1, are the least affected by this (since most of the quartz award are frontloaded in NA). I started on Day 2 and I’m pretty happy about my collection at this point. I imagine the later you start the more frustrating the quartz issue becomes.

like idk reddit is literally trying to organize a mass campaign to get the head of the localization team fired via any means possible because they thought he was unfunny at the panel and, he kind of was but good lord get some perspective i think the game could afford to be more generous and the us version could be handled better but at this point im just exhausted of having to read about it every time the na team does literally anything, especially since literally everything is decided by out of touch japanese businessmen who have never read any english language posts, will never read any english language posts, and will shut down everything if it becomes more trouble than its worth

Billy the Kid is a absurd Crit Archer and has the biggest Crit Buff in the game. Ushiwakamaru is the best budget ST Rider.

I'm glad they didn't stick with 4 quartz per summoning but I suspect paying more for summons would have killed the global launch. Speaking of paying more, is that why they are boosting bonus quartz? Yeah that’s an rear end in a top hat move but again businesses really don’t run that way. Bad PR rarely seems to affect portfolios the way people think it will. Why Kotarou? I get the other choices but Kotarou isn’t really support and I don’t see what he adds to a quick team. Edit: And I don’t think he has the insane np numbers that some of the other 1-3 stars get. On top of what everyone else said, Leonidas' third skill is a team-wide buster-up. You have to do his strengthening to get it, though.
