i was fussing Suzie Q the other night when i realized he's never had a birthday or gotcha day celebrated. i know he's 16-17 years old. i met him in another city when i met and started dating his owner. she moved in with me, and then Suzie stayed when she moved out years ago, and he's been here ever since. so i proclaim today August 13, happy Suzie Q gotcha day/birthday!

Lots of sad news lately around our cats. Giving Quill lots of extra love. She is starting to explore her new 7ft tall cat tree a lot more now, today napping inside the 'house' on one of the lower levels. https://i.imgur.com/6VLTnZP.mp4

I would really recommend getting one backpack and a handbag carrier for the other if you need to double transport cats. I'll check the catpackback brand when I get home, it's got wheels and handle to convert into a push, is sturdy, and decently spacious. Used it to make a 4 some hour cross country move a few months ago and still use it to vet and take Lucky to the park for walks.

Lump vomited beside me on my blanket at 4am the other day, after I switched blankets she knew she hosed up so she cuddled me the rest of the night.
