It contains a slur. I might pick up the lanard figures but the humans just look so bad. Turns me off a bit. I think they’re cute though and fully on board with more. Maybe even an alien 2 pack.

The humans are bad but their guns, vehicles, and accessories are solid. Also there are “blind packed” Alien eggs from Mega Construx (those lego knockoffs that are usually licensed for random stuff like Halo and whatever). Each egg has a pair of Aliens and two facehuggers that you have to fish out of a handful of slime and then put together. The slime is the good stuff, too - it’s reusable and only really sticks to itself and it doesn’t leave a gross residue behind. Oh I’ve seen the eggs! I didn’t realise there was slime inside, which now makes sense on them being so heavy. I’ve got a couple of the mini-figures from the carded packs before, and they’re really fun. I’ve been hoping they’d do actual sets with them, but no. :/

So far I think my favorite has been their Terminator endoskeletons (even if they’re the Genisys redesign). There have been photos of a prototype Predator minifigure, so that’s in the pipeline. Edit— before you go buying any Alien eggs, the contents aren’t “random” there’s an embossed serial number on the bottom of each egg, and the last two digits tell you what you’re getting. “76” is the orange/grey Aliens in yellow slime, “77” is the light green/glow in the dark Aliens in silver slime, and “78” is the red/dark green Aliens in green slime. Yeah I agree that the posablity isn't great with this line, especially with getting an archer pose. But I collect them because of the cool sculpts/paint, and I dig sword & sorcery fantasy stuff.

That’s insanely cheap going by how it’s been. A life sized ultra detailed statue like that goes for 500-1000 bucks. I was shocked it was 350. I did the payment plan which is the best way to go.

The reason the life size status are expensive is cause they are big and heavily detailed like boba Fett or Vader or the endoskeleton from Terminator. He's like 16 inches tall. It's not that much bigger than the toy that's coming, not to mention the plush ones with the plastic head, etc. He should be around baby groot prices, but it's star wars so the licensing is loving 💸💸💸💸💸 Not saying it's not awesome, just that it's a money grab, same as the new sideshow DC and marvel comic figures.

Statues are always expensive as hell. I have a Friday pt 3 statue from SS I got maybe 6 or 7 years ago that was around 300 bucks, and it’s the same size as that yoda and not nearly as detailed. It’s a wack hobby. Maybe HT might make one groot priced, which would be rad but I dunno. I kinda feel this one. It depends how detailed it is in the final. Which god I hope it is.

It’s essentially a prop replica of the puppet, $350 is pretty standard for that size and detail. Anyways, there is going to be so much Baby Yoda merch by next year I’m in no rush to commit to anything but what I already collect, so the Black Series it is!

Yeah, I'll wait for the Hot Toys scale one to go with the proper silver Mando. Maybe... THIS will be the last figure I buy.  I don't trust Sideshow after I got their AoTC Geonosis Droid and the loving arm broke cause it was made of cheap rear end loving plastic.

I was also expecting the acquisition of his armor to be more drawn out, with him having to acquire it piecemeal over the course of the show as he takes jobs or whatever rather than getting the whole thing in the second episode.
