TASTE THE PAIN!! posted:A Donald Trump call in to the Stern show could be relevant to the 2016 election. God help us all It kind of already was. A few months back, Trump claimed that Arabs in the US were publicly celebrating on 9/11. So the search was on for any concrete confirmation of these celebrations. The closest thing to a reliable source the entire news media could dig up was Cabbie calling into the Stern show on 9/11 saying he saw Arabs celebrating it on TV. For real.

Not into Star Trek at all but it's kinda obvious how bullshit it is when you wait to put the book out when the other party is no longer alive to dispute it. Shatner's always seemed especially douchey and scummy so this is right in his wheelhouse.

Yeah. There's two sides to every story, but when literally everyone on the cast of Star Trek hated Shatner's guts and has stories about him, you know he was an rear end in a top hat.

This Howard outfit is bizarre. I actually think his shirt/vest/pant combination looks decent, but why the gently caress doesn't the man get anything tailored? It looks like a blind guy bought clothes off the rack.

Ribsauce posted:Apparently the hot take of the week in politics is claiming Trump wasn't really against the Iraq War at first. I seem to remember Howard being Iraq Cheerleader number 1 and Trump calling in and disagreeing way early on, maybe before the war started. Was listening to the 10-10-07 show in my car earlier, Trump calls in: Howard: "Did you hold a fundraiser for Guiliani... didn't you also hold one for Hillary Clinton?" Trump: "I did, yes. I'd like her to win on the Democratic side, and Rudy to win on the Republican side.. And then I have to make a decision, but they're both great people Howard, and I think both are going to win and it'll be great to see what happens." On Guiliani's pro-war stance, wishing he'd change it: "Anyone who supports the war even vaguely or remotely is going to lose the election" "I'm just saying Iraq - we never should have been in there in the first place. It's become a breeding ground for terrorists." "Bush is the worst president in the history of the United States, he's a total disaster who doesn't know what he's doing, I don't think he has much of an IQ, he's the worst president in the history of the United States. He's a disaster." Starts at about the 1hr 25m mark.

Jesus Christ, he could probably buy a load of fashion designers that can create looks for him that work, both formal, informal, and casual. Hell, he could throw in someone to do his hair and make it look great. He's got the cash. What the gently caress is this?? EDIT: I can't loving brain today.

God drat, Ralph is too loving lazy to even get his neck and shoulder measurements. I think the vest is there to cover up just how oversized and ill-fitting the shirt and pants are. Those pants aren't pleated as much as they're a few sizes too large and the vest hides the cinched belt and amount of shirt that has to be tucked in. The open collar doesn't help either, and really makes the shirt look even bigger. You can see Ike Barinholtz is doing the open collar and it's more subdued where Howard is looking like a cross between Disco Dancer and Stereotypical Porn Star. Honestly, Howard could wear turtlenecks comfortably. It shouldn't be that hard to find a dark color and do him up in a turtleneck/sports jacket/slacks combo that looks edgy and professional. Seriously, I know poo poo about fashion, yet I feel more qualified than Ralph. I'd really like to see where he gets these outfits for Howard and how much he's robbing the man for.
