It was a rough hand to be dealt (both for you and for steak) and someone was going to be upset however it was done, you did a great job with this game and thanks for running it!

if I run this setup again I would:

a. probably keep two scum teams but remove the fire and ice kill rule, I thought it would happen once but it happening twice so early on was crippling
b. not make survivor a boon, I forgot how virulently people hate survivors
c. maybe start giving out extra guns early, or move up Extra Gun Time for each failed NK or something

both scumteams targeted sandy night one, fire and ice rule means nobody dies. then they both targeted humalong, and again 🔥 and 🧊 meant no deaths.

I think unless the boons are insanely good the suspicion that comes with banking an ability for later is going to stop anyone from not shooting. It�s too much of a target
