I like mac and cheese, even the blue box powdered bullshit. I like burgers. I'm not gonna put them together because some poo poo just doesn't work like that. It's like I'm not gonna put spaghetti and Cap'n Crunch in the same bowl and go to town because that's stupid. What I'm saying is support burger segregation, I guess.

I'm going to LA tomorrow and want to eat a good burger that isn't In-N-Out or Habit or Burger Lounge. I know about Unami and everyone raves about that but is there something better?

Maybe too late, but I like Plan Check's burgers a lot. They make their own American cheese and it's got ketchup leather on it. Really you can't go wrong with Umami, though. I hope you enjoyed your burger.

To redeem Chicago from that White Sox Mac & Cheese abomination, there's a new burger place in Lincoln Square called Mash and their burgs are good. The fries are also fantastic. This is their reg burg, but the manager of the joint suggested I go with the lamb burg next time. A++, would burg again.

So i come to find a place near me has "famous stuffed burgers" - they have one stuffed w bacon mac and cheese, another has shrimp and grits. Honestly sounds pretty bad esp the shrimp one but i am mildly intrigued...
