As a Star Citizen (derp), he's not actually going to get traditional Jail time, he's going to be getting the much more fideliteous "refactored freedom" in which he'll still be able to participate in being free, but from the confines of a cell, which will totally be at least if not better than anything currently avalible to everyone who is not a pedo, anyone saying he's only going to get the mvp (minimum viable prison) is just being a dirty malcontent and naysayer.
