Specifically at Figma scale, there's a LOT of poo poo you can get in terms of slice of life anime props and stuff. It's sorta ridiculous.

I sold some really pricey Transformers so I pulled the trigger on most of the parts I was missing from Eternia. Thanks to another vintage collector I picked up some craft chains that are nearly identical to the original Viper tower chains, I'll just have to trim them to length. And it was $3! So that officially leaves me at two pieces to buy and two to replace.

God drat it. I took it all apart to try and unwarp the middle floor and chipped the top floor. I can probably glue it but UGH. Middle floor is a lost cause, the boil and bend trick didn't work. I'll just pony up for a new one I guess.

Two of the new Phase One Clone Trooper Black Series figures have just arrived, but these guys aren't exactly identical...  Any ideas on how I can fix the weird neck of the one of the left? From what I can tell, it's the actual neck piece itself that's too far up, but I can't figure out a way to properly push it back down...

drat, I'll be in a work meeting at 11, so this will be the first G.I. Joe Fan Friday broadcast I'll miss since they started earlier this year. I hope they reveal some good stuff for Classified, but I also hope I get a chance to preorder whatever it is. I heard a rumor they might be revealing a collaboration with Super 7 for some kind of new line, but I don't know if Hasbro would announce that at their own panel.

The Retro Jane and Cobra Commander are just rereleases of figures. The CC lost his masked head in the process as well. The Duke I think is mostly a new build and looks pretty good. The new Classifieds along with the Beachhead are probably the best ones they have done yet. It seems like they are moving further away from the original Fortnite looks and more classic as time moves on. I will not be surprised if we see full on classic looks of the early figures at some point down the line.

I've had a go at trimming down the end of the joint that connects to the head as that seemed to be the part that wasn't going into it's socket all the way. It's helped some, it's now only a couple of millimetres higher than the other which doesn't show that badly on the self, especially if posed right. The only side-effect of that is that it has made the joint a looser than before. It's annoying, if this had been for, say, a Stormtrooper then a bit of height variance would be great! But they're all supposed to be identical clones!
