Part 7 isn't a very good film but it at least changes things up with the whole off-brand Carrie vs Jason gimmick and it has by far the best design for Jason in any of the films. Seriously one of the best make-up and costuming jobs in any slasher ever. Part 6 Jason is also pretty grody in a good way but you only see him unmasked for a few seconds out of focus so you don't get a chance to marvel at his grodiness. Part six is good fun but a bit to self conscious for my tastes. Still a top 5 Friday film. My list would probably be 4 (Final Chapter) 2 The original 6 Jason X 3 7 Goes to Hell Versus Freddy Takes Manhattan Haven't seen the remake.
