Sure, but I'm of the opinion that posting about the meta-anxiety of "how to leftist" is actually less fun and productive than just doing normal leftist infighting, and that maybe people could have a little thicker skin about peoples bad attitudes because it's silly to constantly try to diagnose what the most reasonable leftist posture is.

speaking of which while phonebanking one time recently i spoke to an older dude who was retired now but was an active socialist back when he was younger and got to talking to him and he said something like "bernie sanders winning is the best possible thing that could happen to save capitalism in the US. however its also the best possible thing to help further the socialist movement in the US right now too" and yeah i agree with him

I don't really know what I can be doing to end american imperialism that would be more effective than working for the sanders campaign. It's the first time I've actually met other americans who actually give a poo poo about Palestinians. What else am I supposed to do? I'm just supposed to go out and build dual power? how? I work at a tiny library with 4 other people. I don't have any delusions that he's going to completely dismantle the american empire, but at least I have something to do that gives me some vague glimmer of hope that things can change and actually meet some like minded people
