good mezcal (and by implication good tequila) is a delight to drink on the rocks if we're talking añejo and sometimes reposado reposado tequila clase azul is available locally, at a 30% markup from Mexican duty free... starting to think I :would:

I like that point in time during a drinking night that comes with a feeling of needing to open my eyes wider to read things instead of squinting  another successful monopolowa evening officialy flipped that switch of it becoming liquor season   instead of beer cause the sun is dissaeparing more during the PMtime to get my winter calories another way, like through constant stews and soups n pelmini and other great things that i can easily cook in large and cheaply oh booze

I know that instapots are expensive standalone electrified pressure cookers but ill be damned if the (knockoff) I own isn't one of the greatest things rice cooker with timer set plugged into one circuit -- quick pot with timer set plugged into another circuit wakeup to deliiiiiicous i can't sleep right now because the place is too full of good smell
