I guess what this really means is that mods aren't required to doxx themselves in the mod-only forum? I kinda thought they were for some reason. Honestly I have no idea, but imo a community especially of this size should have like a req for knowing who their "officers" are. Due diligence & stuff. So whoever is approached to be a mod or whines enough to become one, they gotta submit like some kinda photo with their dumbass username & actual irl name on official paperwork for the other mods & admins to google. Then lowtax can pretend to delete it and in some years we can get a really good saga for this thread.

He apparently didn't think it was a big deal. I had just started modding QCS at the time and he posted in the mod forum about it the morning he got found out. I don't have his post but the few parts I remember were like "I've been worried for a while now that this would come out eventually, but many years ago I made a bad mistake, it's in my past now and I regret it... I apologize about all the mess this is probably going to cause for the admins to clean up." It was like he expected admins to cover for him and make it go away, and that sort of cold callousness only made it more emotionally devastating for folks who had been working with him for years.

Unless there were two of them, it was some guy in the Minecraft mod forum talking about a fairy mod and the recorded screams or something when they were hurt and he was just like "I should know, I wrote the book on it" with a link as if to give his complaints about block fairies extra authority.
