AlexTheGod posted:A couple years ago (2 or 3) there was a frontpage article by someone that showcased three small downloadable games. One of these games was flOw, the one where you are a microorganism and evolve and stuff, while another one was this galaga-esque game where you had to fight a boss over and over that every time would have new parts to combat your technique. The Game is Warning Forever The link to download is a little way down that page.

There's a picture of a dude standing in front of a "cleveland" brand steamer. He's grinning and giving two thumbs up. These devices are amusingly named but it's his expression that really makes the picture. Unfortunately I can't find it.

someone requested that earlier. I'm looking for 2 nintendo rap mp3s. One is about Super Mario Bros. and the other is about Zelda, and it's basically rapping over the music of the respective game. That's all I remember

I believe I was looking in a thread a long time ago with random cool things from history. One thing I enjoyed in particular was this artist who did portraits which had very modern "mannerisms." It was like the portrait subject was someone from now stuck in 19th century. This is probably the most vague description...anyone know what I'm talking about?

Recently, 2 people have asked me for a PC game I linked them to around 5 years ago. It was called 'Ballz' or 'Balls' and it was sort of like Marble Madness or Monkey Ball where you had to navigate a ball through a maze. One key detail is that when you started the game a voice would say, "You've got Ballz" My buddies and I have searched on Google but can't seem to find it :/ Edit: We found it http://www.acid-play.com/download/i-ve-got-some-balls/ The dude actually says, "I got sum muthafukin ballz" Joeker fucked around with this message at 07:10 on Dec 22, 2008 |

I used to have a game on the Mac that involved killing Mister Rogers, it was one of those kind of games where you "Cannot go West" type adventure games and had a part with fish food in it for some reason Any classic Mac adventure games would be appreciated actually.

There was this really weird flash animation I was obsessed with years ago. I want to say around 98' or 99' maybe but the cartoon itself may have possibly been older than that. I can't remember the website or what the title of it was for the life of me but I remember it had some sort of German pokemon song as the background music. If anyone knows what I'm talking about I would love to see it again. edit: For some reason I vaguely remember that Mr. Bean may have been in it although I may have it confused with another weird flash cartoon I found around the same time. The tits thread made me think of this one. There's a photo I first saw posted on these forums that I wouldn't mind seeing again. It was a somewhat artsy nude photo of a girl wading about knee-deep in a pond, facing straight at the camera. The girl had a just downright cartoonish hourglass figure. If this sounds like a photo you have saved, I'd be much obliged if you'd post it.

Not too terribly old, but I remember a site that would warp-uploaded faces in to different styles. I don't remember all of the options, but some of them were artists and/or art styles. The only art style I remember is Baroque but it also offered racial switches, gender switches and even a silly chimpanzee option. It's gotta be out there still, I just can't come up with the right combo of words to pull it up in google. We might have had a thread about it in GBS too, but alas - no archives.

I've been looking for something that may have been a flash animation or maybe from some anime of some kind. At one point I thought it came from the flash tub here but haven't been able to locate it. The narrator is talking about this giant monster/godzilla/t-rex like thing as we see it trampling its way through a city from afar. Every now and then, it shoots fire from it's mouth down at the city. After the narration finishes, the monster turns towards the viewer and shoots fire at the screen. This all takes place in the same frame of the city if I remember correctly. If someone could find this, it would be awesome.

There used to be a website named cat-scan, which was quite simply peolpe putting their cats onto flatbed scanners. Apparently the PETA people started threatening to firebomb the guy or something, but I'd love to see those silly pictures of cats' feet again.

I remember seeing this really cool animated short linked here on the forums a while back. It was set in a dystopian post-apocalyptic future, sort of like a nuclear winter, and it showed a household built around a kind of robot-servant. The main part of the story was that the robot kept doing all the daily chores, like making dinner and washing up, even though all the members of the family had died a long time a go. The only family member left was the dog, and if I remember correctly the dog too dies in one scene throughout the movie. It was pretty short, and it might have been a bit old. I think i saw it on Google Video when it was posted, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Anyway, I've been looking for it for a while now, but i can't seem to find anything. Perhaps anyone here knows anything about it?
