I'm finally on medication that seems like it's working for me (made by blenderizing GMO Chinese hamster ovaries! ) so maybe I'll actually get to hang out past 8pm this time... And hopefully we will have a couch by January. SA, glad you are well too! How's everybody else doing?

it will take a while for you to be infertile (and this effect is reversible up to a point), you could prolly start with no ill consequence if it's in the near future

I wouldn't want to recommend taking them before doing the fertility stuff unless your psyche can't take it.

Pure estrogen will take a long time to do this on its own, probably at least a month if not more like 12-24 weeks. Now if you're talking antiandtogens like spirolactone you probably don't want to bet on more than a month of fertility unless HCG is involved.

the reality is no amount of hrt prevents me from getting fat or looking like my aunts and grandmas “pretty” is just not in my genes. the effort is better spent supporting the pretty ones

I might have been sterile to begin with, but got a vasectomy just in case. Now there is absolutely nothing going on down there at all, which is delightful. It would be even more delightful if I weren't walking, talking boner poison, but baby steps.

Two plasti-testes it is!" can't loving win huh?

most of the surgeons who'd be performing orchiectomies for trans people in the first place wouldn't care about putting prosthetic ones back in. of course, there's probably 0 chance of getting any insurance coverage for that procedure, or the associated orchiectomy, which would be the major halting point there
