I'm developing an uploader app for my coworkers using javafx, and they need to be able to select files and directories (for single file, multifile upload. Turns out javafx doesn't support this use case cause gtk(ugh) doesn't, and windows xp doesn't with its native windowing toolkit. That means I get to have an "upload file" and an "upload directory" button in my app.

also maybe by that point neir goty edition or something will not be too far off. would also be nice to have developers fix game instead of using bunch of community-written .dlls for sensible experience
